Skye by Pikos offers an elevated standard of living, with 69 boutique residences that redefine luxury in Brisbane. Each apartment features expansive floor plans designed for open-plan living, with premium materials such as natural Italian travertine and elegant timber floors. Every residence enjoys breathtaking views of the Brisbane River and city skyline, creating an immersive living experience that blends sophistication with nature’s beauty.

Working with PHNX Agency, we developed a brand that encapsulates the essence of elevated, luxurious living. We began with name generation, focusing on a concept that communicates both the exclusivity and the breathtaking height of the development. “Skye” evokes an aspirational, above-the-clouds feeling, perfectly aligned with the project's high-end appeal and panoramic views.

Our art direction was centred around conveying sophistication and elegance, drawing on natural materials and the serene beauty of Kangaroo Point. The branding was extended to include signage, marketing collateral, and a visually engaging sales brochure, all designed to reflect the premium quality of the residences.

We ensured that the website design offered a seamless and immersive user experience, highlighting the luxurious lifestyle that Skye offers while showcasing the stunning photography by Grace Elizabeth.
